Communicating Complexity

LIVN has a niche market: helping tourist operators get purchasers to book directly through their websites, rather than through ticket resellers. How you do communicate complex messaging in a way anyone can understand?

We started by really getting to know the system that we were explaining. What appears obvious to the client, may not be to someone who has never used their product before. So we simplified down the language, broke the benefits and process into small, easily digestible sections. We then used imagery to support the voiceover, utilising visual metaphors to make the messaging even clearer.

Phoning it In

Due to the nature of LIVN’s offerings, it was clear a phone was going to feature heavily throughout. How could we include essential information, but not bore the viewer with one continuous phone shot?

Firstly, we designed any scenes, that could be out of the phone
